What is it?

Your Online Account serves as an online tool for managing accounts, users, devices, subscriptions, and vouchers.

Dashboard Layout

The left pane displays your username beneath the Breeze logo, along with a menu listing available options. The main pane on the right showcases the name of your signed-in account, alongside a summary of the licenses in use. Additionally, it provides access to administering Users, Devices, Subscriptions, Vouchers, and the Account.

Licenses

When signing in with an iPad, it contacts the web app to acquire a license. If a license is available, it's assigned to the iPad. Upon signing out, the license is returned to the pool for other devices' use. Licenses are generated through subscriptions or vouchers.

Accounts

An active account with at least one subscription or voucher is necessary for utilizing Breeze Booth for unlimited photo sessions. While using the app without signing into an account is possible, it's limited to ten photos or GIFs daily before adding a watermark. Signing up for an account is free and allows purchasing subscriptions or redeeming vouchers to expand the license pool for iPads to sign in.

Users

Each account encompasses one or more users, capable of signing in from iPads or the web app. Trusted users may receive roles like iPad admin or subscription admin, granting additional privileges. Trusted users can log in from any iPad to obtain a license, while untrusted users can only log in using a registered and enabled iPad. Additionally, you can set limits on the maximum number of devices a user can sign in with.

Devices

iPads signing in are registered as active devices holding licenses. Licenses can be released by signing out from the iPad or deactivating it within the web app. Deactivating a device automatically logs it out. Disabling devices prevents them from signing in, even if spare licenses are available.

Subscriptions and Vouchers

Licenses are obtainable via subscriptions or by redeeming vouchers.
