Managing Devices
The Devices page serves to provide an overview of iPads associated with an account. It separates active iPads currently signed in from a list of all known iPads. Each iPad is identified by its name, device type, unique vendor id, sign-in time, and last contact time with the web app.
Additionally, the list of known iPads includes the last user to sign in on each device. The page allows for managing these devices, including remotely signing out lost or stolen iPads, disabling devices, and deleting iPads from the registered list.

Active Devices vs. Registered Devices
The Devices page provides a distinction between active devices, representing iPads currently signed in, and registered devices, encompassing all iPads known to the account.
Device | This column showcases the name of each iPad as configured in its General Settings. |
Type | Indicates the device type, which is presently set to iPad. Future updates may introduce additional device types. |
VendorID | Each iPad is assigned a unique VendorId, serving as an identifier specific to that device when running Breeze Booth. This identifier remains inaccessible to other applications on the iPad and changes upon reinstalling Breeze Booth. |
Logged On | Provides the timestamp of the most recent sign-in on the iPad. |
Last Contact | Reflects the last recorded interaction between the iPad and the web app, excluding instances where the iPad is offline. |
Last User | Identifies the username associated with the last sign-in on a particular device. |
License Management
iPads acquire licenses from the available pool upon sign-in and relinquish them upon sign-out. In cases of loss or theft, administrators can remotely sign out iPads by selecting the "Deactivate" option.
Device Management
Disabling
Within the list of registered devices, administrators can disable iPads, preventing further sign-ins until re-enabled by an administrator. This feature safeguards against unauthorized use, particularly when untrusted users attempt to sign in with new iPads.
Deleting
Registered iPads can be removed from the list entirely, treating them as fresh devices upon subsequent sign-ins.
