Subscriptions

The Subscriptions page presents an overview of active subscriptions, detailing the number of licenses in use and provided by subscriptions and vouchers. Each subscription includes information such as the number of licenses, plan name, subscription ID, purchase date, and auto-renewal status. Users can purchase new subscriptions by selecting the desired plan and quantity of licenses. Subscriptions can be canceled, displaying the expiry date, although they cannot be reinstated after cancellation.


Vouchers

Vouchers offer an alternative method to add licenses, each with a unique ID, redeemable only once before their expiry date. The page also allows viewing and redeeming vouchers, with each voucher code redeemable only once.

Active Subscriptions Display

The Subscriptions page provides a comprehensive view of all active subscriptions, detailing the number of licenses currently in use alongside those obtained through subscriptions and vouchers.


Displayed Information

Number of Licenses Indicates the total number of licenses included in each subscription.
Plan Specifies the name of the subscription plan, such as "Breeze Booth Monthly subscription."
Subscription ID Provides a unique identifier crucial for inquiries directed to sales@breezesys.com regarding specific subscriptions.
Purchased Displays the subscription's purchase date and auto-renewal status.
Expires Indicates the expiry date of the subscription post-cancellation.

Purchasing a New Subscription

  • Select "Add Subscription" to initiate the purchase process.
  • Click on "Buy Now" for the desired subscription, leading to the payments page.
  • Customize your order by selecting the preferred currency and quantity of licenses. VAT/GST may apply based on your location

Cancellation Procedure

To cancel a subscription, click on the "Cancel" button on the Subscriptions screen. Post-cancellation, the subscription won't renew automatically, and its expiry date will be displayed.

Note that reinstating a canceled subscription isn't feasible; a new subscription must be purchased if continued usage is desired after the expiry date.


Voucher Redemption

    • Vouchers serve as an alternative method to augment account licenses and can be acquired directly from Breeze Systems by contacting sales@breezesys.com.
    • Each voucher possesses a unique ID and holds one or more licenses valid for a specified period, requiring redemption before the expiration date.
    • To view or redeem vouchers, log in as the account owner and navigate to the vouchers section. Select "Redeem a Voucher Code" to input a new voucher. Note that each voucher code can only be redeemed once.
